Code42 Software, Inc. announced that Eric Wansong joined the company as its SVP of customer success.
To this role, he brings a 30-year career, during which he specialized in enhancing customer experiences, optimizing customer support operations, and leading services and sales teams.

In his new role, Wansong will be responsible for post-sale services, education, support, and customer success and expansions. This includes representing Code42 customers and their interests across the company as well as providing them an experience from onboarding to training to customer support.

Prior to joining Code42, Wansong was the chief customer officer and EVP of global operations at Tangoe. Wansong also has served as VP of customer advocacy and VP of global support services at VMware as well as held senior customer success roles at SAP and BusinessObjects.
